2005 -- Indoor - placed fourth in 60 (7.04) and 200 meters (22.54) at Hawkeye Open... Outdoor - ran on team-leading 400-meter (41.51) and sprint medley relays (3:26.12)... ran season-best 100 meters (10.87) at Big Ten prelims... letterwinner... Nebraska Association Junior Olympic 100-meter state champion.

High School -- soccer team MVP and captain, earning all-conference honors senior year... two-time all-city soccer selection... two-time Drake Relays participant... best times were 7.00 in 60 meters, 10.85 in 100 meters and 22.30 in 200 meters... lettered three years in soccer and two in track... three-year honor roll student... coach was Bart Witte.
